Phantoms

Phantoms are test objects that allow standardized, repeatable testing of imaging equipment.

Aqueous Phantoms

The following are compositions of water-based solutions found in standards and in the literature. Note that the corresponding physical properties (relaxation times, conductivity, permittivity) are functions of temperature and frequency (B0 field strength).

ReferenceConcentrations
 NaClCuSO4·6H2ONiCl2·6H2O
